HOSHO Digital is looking for a Strategy & Operations Intern to support SLERATE, our growing professional sales community. You’ll help bring structure to fast-moving projects across product, community, and consulting — working directly with the core team to keep things running smoothly as we scale.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role — perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, streamlining systems, and making things happen behind the scenes.

Job Description

Improve internal workflows and systems
Support project planning, tracking, and execution
Help run ops check-ins and ensure follow-through on priorities
Coordinate across product, community, and consulting initiatives
Contribute to process improvements and keep the team organized
Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently
Bonus: Experience with startup ops, systems thinking, or no-code tools
