LindungiHutan is an environmental social enterprise that connects communities, corporations, and organizations to collaborate in forest conservation and community empowerment. Through our core products – Green Marketing Campaigns and Tree Planting Participation, we help brands and companies implement impactful sustainability, CSR, and ESG initiatives.

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive (Sr. BDE) to spearhead our business growth and build strategic partnerships that drive both impact and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Green Marketing Campaigns and Tree Planting Participation products.
Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with strategic partners: corporations, brands, and institutions.
Prepare and deliver professional business proposals, ROI models, pitch decks, and presentations.
Engage in negotiations and high-level communication with C-Level executives and senior decision makers.
Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and influence decision-making across CSR, marketing, finance, and top management levels.
Provide strategic consultation to partners on CSR, ESG, green marketing campaign, and sustainability trends.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategy and identify growth opportunities.
Manage sales pipeline using CRM tools, prepare forecasts, and leverage data analytics to optimize conversion.
Supervise project delivery to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership sustainability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (creative, project, operations) for seamless execution.
Act as a thought leader and brand ambassador for LindungiHutan in business forums, conferences, and public engagements.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications (Must-Have)

Minimum age 28 years old or relevant work experience of 3+ years.
At least 3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Partnerships, with prior work experience in a Social Enterprise, Environmental Services/Consulting, or in a Marketing Agency/Multinational Company with CSR, ESG, or sustainability-related exposure.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, particularly in consulting services, environmental solutions, CSR initiatives, or sustainability-related products.
Strong network and prominent connections with potential corporate/brand partners.
Based in Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Bali, or Semarang (and surrounding areas).
Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken).
Well-presented, professional, and confident appearance.
Strong communication, negotiation, and business presentation skills.
Genuine passion for environmental issues, sustainability, and social impact.
Target-driven, resilient, and open to frequent mobility (meetings, business trips, events).
