- Experience: 10+ years designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructures.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Expertise in designing and maintaining robust cloud infrastructure solutions to power SaaS products.
- Automation & CI/CD: Skilled in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring using tools like GitHub Actions and AWS CodePipeline.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proficient in implementing IaC with tools like Terraform, Terragrunt, and Serverless.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for our SaaS product, ensuring high availability, scalability, security, and performance.
- Architect scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems, with an emphasis on high availability and disaster recovery.
- Manage networking, security groups, and VPC configurations to ensure secure communication.
- Design and maintain containerized applications using Docker.
- Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters for orchestration and scalability.
- Optimize resource allocation and cost management in Kubernetes environments.
- Implement comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems for end-to-end visibility and performance monitoring across the stack.
- Design and maintain centralized logging solutions using AWS CloudWatch.
- Implement security best practices, including IAM policies, VPC configurations, and encryption.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001) and perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Collaborate with Developers to optimize application performance and deployment.
- Work with QA Engineers to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipelines.
- Clearly communicate infrastructure changes and incident reports to stakeholders.
- Drive automation across infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and scaling.
- Continuously evaluate and improve DevOps processes for faster delivery cycles.
- Advocate for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and DevOps culture within the team.
- Use strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Proactively manage incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Make strategic decisions and influence cloud infrastructure architecture.
