We are looking for a Virtual Assistant that specializes in Procurement-Logistic support for one of our client company that focused as a supplier and distributor of thermoplastic pipework systems, welding equipment, and industrial plastics. With warehouse facilities across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, that provide high-performance plastic products to customers throughout Asia, ensuring fast delivery and reliable service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage purchasing from suppliers and handle related documentation
Track incoming shipments and update delivery schedules
Maintain inventory database and product details
Manage pricing records and process purchase/sales invoices
Coordinate purchase requests across group companies
Handle logistics enquiries from the sales team
Maintain process records and update SOP manuals
Kualifikasi
Requirements:

Experience in procurement, logistics, or inventory management
Familiar with purchase documentation and inventory systems
Good with data management and attention to detail
Able to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
Knowledge of industrial products is a plus
