About UsWe are a fast-growing villa management company based in Bali, specializing in delivering world-class guest experiences. Our team manages luxury villas across Bali and ensures smooth operations, excellent guest communication, and optimized listings on all major platforms.
We are looking for a OTA Listing Agent/Guest Relation Officer to join our team. This is a fully remote position where you will handle guest communication, reservations, OTA support, and ensure our villa listings are always accurate and optimized
Key Responsibilities
Booking Inquiries: Respond to inquiries, cancellations, and follow-ups to convert leads into bookings.
Guest Communication: Provide clear, proactive, and timely information to guests via WhatsApp, OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com), email, and phone – before, during, and after their stay.
Listing Management: Ensure listings on various OTA's are always accurate, regularly updated, and optimized for visibility.
Reservation Management: Handle bookings, changes, and cancellations according to company policies.
OTA & Google Hotel Verification: Complete OTA listing verifications properly.
OTA Support: Resolve issues with OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) including guest complaints, errors, and listing problems.
Conflict Resolution: Address guest issues calmly and professionally, coordinating with the villa management team when needed.
Review Management: Collect guest feedback, respond to reviews, update review systems, and report suggestions for improvements.
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Previous experience in reservations, hospitality, or customer service is a strong plus.
Experience with OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.).
Tech-savvy with the ability to work across multiple tools (Google Workspace, PMS, etc.).
Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented in high-pressure situations.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Willingness to work full-time, Monday through Saturday.
