Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing compelling marketing materials for our brokerages and creating strategic campaigns to elevate our brands and attract new clients. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

        •       Create and develop video contents to support the companies' marketing strategies and campaigns

        •       Design and produce high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, email campaigns, social media content, and presentations.
        •       Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored marketing plans for specific properties, ensuring maximum exposure and engagement.
        •       Create and implement branding campaigns to position the group as the go-to brokerages for various clients.
        •       Analyze market trends, client needs, and feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
        •       Manage the group’s online presence, including website content, SEO, and social media profiles.
        •       Develop relationships with industry influencers, media outlets, and potential clients to enhance the group’s visibility and reputation.
        •       Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

        •       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
        •       Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the real estate industry.
        •       Strong design skills with proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
        •       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
        •       Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
        •       Knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
        •       Creative mindset with a strategic approach to marketing.
        •       Understanding of the real estate market and trends is a plus.
