Loker WFH Senior Digital Marketer

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketer with proven hands-on experience in both SEO and paid advertising (Google Ads & Meta Ads), with a strong track record in lead generation for B2C and service-based industries. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, proactive, and independent, capable of driving end-to-end digital campaigns with minimal supervision.

Lead and execute SEO strategy with a focus on improving ranking and driving organic traffic growth
Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads end-to-end, including strategy setup, audience targeting, optimization, and reporting to maximize generation and ROAS
Handle content strategy, creation, scheduling, and publishing for social media channels
Build and maintain reporting dashboards using tools like GA4 and Looker Studio, providing regular performance insights across campaigns and channels
Proactively monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and continuously optimize campaigns with minimal supervision
Kualifikasi
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SEO and paid advertising (Google & Meta)
Solid understanding of GA4, Looker Studio, and performance tracking tools
Demonstrated success in generating high-quality leads in B2C or service-based industries
Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
Self-starter attitude, comfortable working with minimal supervision
