Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain forecasting models to support both short-term and long-term demand planning across multiple product categories.
Enable granular forecasting capabilities by incorporating product segmentation, packaging types, and supply constraints into models.
Design and implement forecast accuracy tracking, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement based on model performance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate commercial inputs and market signals into operational forecasts.
Build automated pipelines to reduce manual work and improve forecast responsiveness to campaigns, seasonality, and pricing changes.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Proven experience in forecasting, demand planning, or supply chain analytics, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG sectors.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
Strong understanding of time series models and machine learning techniques relevant to forecasting.
Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Google BigQuery, Snowflake, AWS) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with ability to partner across functions and present findings to non-technical audiences.
