IT Technician Staff
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree majoring in Computer Engineering.
Minimum 1 (one) year of work experience in IT networking, IT support or related fields.
Proficient in hardware and operating system troubleshooting.
Understand Active Directory Windows/LDAP and NAS system management.
Good knowledge and have experience in implementation of network hardware (especially Sophos firewall, Ruckus switch, Aruba access point and controller, Hikvision CCTV) & software (e.g., VLAN, SDWAN, VPN, RADIUS) and cabling.
Eager to learn, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good analytical thinking with problem-solving attitude.

Main Job Description:

Setup IT Peripheral (PC, Laptop, Printer, CCTV, NAS, switch, router firewall,) PC and notebook management.

Monitoring and Checking Network (LAN, WAN, VPN) Troubleshooting all IT problem, for examples, but not limited to, PC and printer problem, network peripheral problem, CCTV problem.

Provide technical support and assistance throughout the organization and its subsidiaries onsite or by remote.
