Email Marketing Specialist (Remote)

Your Key Objectives

Increase the conversion rate alongside the funnel
Improve the attendance rate of registered users at the actual masterclass
Increase sales and average check size by building effective follow-up sequences
Core Responsibilities

Email Funnel Development and Optimization: Create and set up complete email sequences 
Content Creation: Write persuasive, informative, and engaging emails
Segmentation and Personalization: Develop strategies for segmenting the database based on data collected (for example child's age, funnel stage etc)
A/B Testing: Regularly test subject lines, content, CTA elements, send times and other features to boost key metrics (Open Rate, Click Rate, Conversion Rate).
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor funnel performance, analyze metrics, identify bottlenecks, and provide reports on results.
Integration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to synchronize campaigns and improve lead quality.
Kualifikasi
Our Expectations

2+ years of experience as an Email Marketer or CRM Marketer for B2C market (EdTech is a good advantage)
Proven track record of increasing conversion and sales through the email channel.
Excellent understanding of building automated funnels (Automation Funnels).
Ability to write compelling and sales-driven copy 
Confident proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, SendPulse, GetResponse, or equivalents).
Analytical mindset and knowledge of core email marketing metrics
