Job Description

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be on the front line of customer interaction. Your main responsibilities include responding to inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring every customer has a positive experience while using our products and services.

Key Responsibilities :
Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone in a prompt and professional manner.

Provide accurate information regarding company products, promotions, and services.

Resolve customer complaints effectively and maintain a high level of satisfaction.

Record and report all customer interactions neatly and accurately in the system.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality.

Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to management.

Stay updated on company policies, game features, and industry trends.


Qualifications :

Must have a personal laptop and a stable internet connection.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, preferably in the gaming, technology, or entertainment industry.

Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Able to work under pressure and resolve problems quickly.

Detail-oriented, polite, and customer-focused attitude.

Willing to work on a shift schedule, including weekends or public holidays if required.

Proficient in using computers, chat applications, and CRM systems.


Salary & Benefits :

Salary: Rp 8,000,000 – Rp 13,000,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).

Fully remote / Work from home arrangement.

Immediate start available – Training begins around October 17, 2025.
