• Minimum 1 year of experience as a content strategist, content creator, or similar role, preferably in the beauty or haircare industry.
• Confident, creative, and data-driven with strong storytelling instincts.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok & Instagram algorithms and social media trends.
• Ability to film, edit, and produce short-form (under 1 minute) video content using tools like CapCut or similar apps.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Passionate about haircare, beauty, and digital storytelling, with a sense of trend awareness and visual creativity.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and showing face and hair for UGC-style content creation.
• Willing to work remotely and communicate effectively with the team online.

Job Description:
• Create short-form video content (TikTok, Reels) that showcases haircare products in a fun, authentic, and visually engaging way.
• Develop creative ideas, storytelling concepts, and video strategies that align with brand goals and campaigns.
• Execute end-to-end content production — from ideation, scripting, shooting (using a phone), editing, to posting on social media.
• Create various types of marketing content (hard selling, soft selling, product education, event coverage, trends, and UGC-style videos) that connect with target audiences.
• Research and stay updated on current haircare, hairstyling, and TikTok/Instagram trends, and creatively adapt them to our brand identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas that increase engagement, awareness, and conversion.
• Have a good eye for aesthetics, especially in hairstyling, texture shots, and transformation videos (before-after results).
• Actively experiment with new video formats, sounds, and TikTok features to keep the content fresh and relevant.
