Responsibilities

Our client is a finance advisory firm that helps SMEs and property owners with their funding needs — from business loans and corporate financing to mortgage solutions. They are now looking for a Cold Call Specialist to connect with SME owners, introduce services, and schedule qualified appointments for the Director.

What You’ll Do

Source potential leads from Commercial Guru and other databases.
Contact SME clients through WhatsApp and phone calls.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
Explain services clearly to build interest and trust.
Schedule appointments with prospects for the Director.
Keep records of interactions and lead progress in the CRM system.
Meet weekly and monthly targets for engagement and appointments.
Kualifikasi
Requirements

Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales.
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and WhatsApp Business.
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time in a remote setup.
Results-driven and comfortable working with targets.
Plus points: SME financing or B2B sales experience, prior appointment-setting success, or advanced CRM skills.

What’s Offered

Monthly salary: Rp 3.8–4.3 million
