Assess the quality of scholarship mentoring sessions based on the provided evaluation rubric.
Provide recommendations to improve the quality of scholarship mentoring sessions.
Compile and report quality assessment results on a regular basis.
Follow and complete all instructions and tasks assigned by the leader.
Kualifikasi
Undergraduate student (min. 5th semester) or Fresh graduate or recent graduate from any major.
Not participate in volunteering/KKN/PKL/other internship activities during the internship program.
Willingness to learn and take initiative in improving academic quality.
Preferably has experience in conducting performance evaluation of tutors/mentors.
Willingness to learn and take initiative in improving academic quality.
Ability to use analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS) will be an advantage.
Familiarity with assessment rubrics (rubrik penilaian).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills to work in a diverse environment.
Proficiency in Google Meet and Google Workspace.
Ability to adapt quickly.
